About
Sweat Culture is a wood-fired trailer sauna parked on Peachland Beach, steps from Okanagan Lake — heat up, then plunge straight into the lake. Sessions are small and social or privately booked, with electrolytes, a changing tent and fire-pit access included. Bare-bones in the best way: just fire, water and the lake.
Good to know
- Direct lake access — most visitors plunge straight into the water between sauna rounds.
- Cold plunge available on site — use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
- Wood-fired heat — softer, heavier löyly than electric, and the smell of the stove is part of the room.
- Set up outdoors — weather is part of the experience, so dress for the walk between cabin and water.
- Mobile operator — the sauna travels, so the location is part of the booking. Check the current site before you arrive.
