The Wild Sauna Company operates dedicated wood-fired saunas in Scottish natural settings—at Lake of Menteith in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, and at Dalgety Bay Sailing Club. Sessions combine sauna heat with cold-water immersion in the loch or Forth estuary, and bookings are open to the public with membership options available.
