A wood-fired riverside sauna on the grounds of Monachyle Mhor Hotel in the Scottish Highlands. The sauna is open to the public for shared sessions Thursday to Sunday, and available for private hire daily. Cold plunging in the river is an optional part of the experience.

- Wood-fired heat — softer, heavier löyly than electric, and the smell of the stove is part of the room.
- Set up outdoors — weather is part of the experience, so dress for the walk between cabin and water.
- On a river — the cold side of the cycle comes from open running water rather than a tub.
