Mountain saunas in Scotland

Mountain sauna in Scotland means the Highlands proper, from the Cairngorms across to the west coast glens. Speyside carries the biggest cluster, with stoves at Glencoe, Knoydart and the Trossachs edge.

Nearly all are wood-fired, and the cold is whatever water the glen provides. Expect a drive on single-track roads, and a bench that earns it.
