Alter's Leslieville studio brings the same hot-and-cold formula to Queen East. A Finnish sauna scented with essential oils, four-person ice baths, and a rest lounge to cool down between rounds. Sessions run self-led or as instructor-led classes, low-key and community-minded rather than spa-formal.
