About
Lumos runs this infrared sauna studio in the Eastview Plaza on Transit Road, one of its studios across western and central New York. Each sauna is a private suite sized for one to four people, booked for 30 or 45 minutes. Towels, a robe and a cold lavender and eucalyptus towel come with each visit.
