Aqua Vitalis

Aqua Vitalis is the sauna and relax floor inside Arena Skövde, sold on its own ticket. It holds an earth sauna, a log sauna, an aufguss sauna and a steam room, with a heated hammam stone and experience showers. An outdoor pool, a sun deck and a lounge serving food sit alongside.

• Runs aufguss sessions: a guided löyly ritual where an attendant fans the steam around the room on a schedule.
