Caladh is a mobile wood-fired sauna located on the quay in Port Bannatyne, Isle of Bute, offering contrast therapy sessions combining sauna heat with sea swimming. Open Friday to Sunday, it pairs the sauna experience with access to nearby baked goods and warm drinks from the adjacent Eider Bakery.
