About

Güs is an urban thermal venue in Sheffield city centre, with two Finnish saunas. One is large, the other smaller with city views, and a cold plunge circuit of four ice baths runs alongside. Sessions are therapist-guided ceremonies or free-flow, with a café for afterwards.

Good to know

• Bar on premises — drinks alongside (or after) the session; the venue isn't dry like most outdoor sauna setups.
• Cold plunge available on site — use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
