Nature Folk is Nova Scotia's first indoor Nordic spa, a modern bathhouse on the Dartmouth waterfront built around a thermal circuit of sauna and cold, plus private infrared sauna rooms. Bodywork and a movement studio round it out, but the hot-cold circuit is the draw. Calm, design-led and central.

• Cold plunge available on site — use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
