Ærth is a sauna village in Victoria's James Bay with three saunas, a cold plunge and a covered outdoor fire area to linger between rounds. A daily aufguss ritual adds guided essential-oil rounds, and sessions run as drop-ins, private bookings or full buy-outs. Relaxed and outdoorsy rather than clinical.
