About
Salt & Sauna is a small wellness studio at the back of the Living Tree Medical building in North Logan. Its infrared sauna takes up to four people per booking, with red light, chromotherapy or salt mist as add-ons. Two cold plunge tubs sit alongside, and swimsuits are required.

- Cold plunge available on site: use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
- Bookable as a private session: rent the room for your group rather than sharing with strangers.
