Sauna Amalfi is a small private-room studio on Simmonds Lane in Avalon Beach, on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Full-spectrum infrared cabins take one or two people for 45-minute sessions, and a separate room pairs a traditional Finnish sauna with a filtered cold plunge for contrast rounds. Each room has its own shower.
