Sauna-Tokyo is a men-only sauna specialist in Akasaka with five named sauna rooms and three cold plunges. Rooms range from a kelo-wood self-löyly sauna to a steam box styled on Edo-era bathing, with aufguss shows and a restaurant on site. Regular ladies days open the whole venue to women only.
