About
SaunaFit is the contrast therapy suite at loftMD, a skin and esthetics studio in Brewers Hill. A private room holds an infrared sauna and a cold plunge, booked by the session alone or for two. Groups of up to six can take the room for a longer social booking.
Good to know
- Bookable as a private session: rent the room for your group rather than sharing with strangers.
- Cold plunge available on site: use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
- Urban venue: it sits inside the city rather than at a coast or lake. A session fits into a day in town.
