About

Two wood-fired saunas — a converted horsebox and a larger cube — with four steel cold baths, set among trees at the campsite by the National Watersports Centre in Nottingham. Sessions run community, small-group and private, cycling heat and cold beside the water.

Good to know

• Cold plunge available on site — use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
• Set up outdoors — weather is part of the experience, so dress for the walk between cabin and water.
• Wood-fired heat — softer, heavier löyly than electric, and the smell of the stove is part of the room.
