About
Two wood-fired saunas, a converted horsebox and a larger cube, with four steel cold baths. They sit among trees at the campsite by the National Watersports Centre in Nottingham. Sessions run community, small-group and private, cycling heat and cold beside the water.
Good to know
- Cold plunge available on site: use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
- Set up outdoors: weather is part of the experience, so dress for the walk between cabin and water.
- Wood-fired heat: softer, heavier löyly than electric, and the smell of the stove is part of the room.
