About
A private outdoor sauna at its owner's Finger Lakes home, where she hosts small groups and guides them through sauna rounds. A two-hour booking gives one group sole use of a traditional Finnish sauna, a lounge and seasonal cold plunge tubs. She also runs workshops pairing the sauna with aromatherapy, sound baths and meditation.
Good to know
- Cold plunge available on site: use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
- Set up outdoors: weather is part of the experience, so dress for the walk between cabin and water.
- Bookable as a private session: rent the room for your group rather than sharing with strangers.
