About
A wood-fired sauna raft moored off Rindö in the Stockholm archipelago, reached by boat from Vaxholm and surrounded by forested islands and open Baltic water. It seats up to a dozen, with a sun deck and dressing room, and it runs year-round — including winter, when the plunge is into ice-fringed sea. Private hire only, firewood and löyly water supplied; you bring the group.
Good to know
- Wood-fired heat — softer, heavier löyly than electric, and the smell of the stove is part of the room.
- Set up outdoors — weather is part of the experience, so dress for the walk between cabin and water.
- Right on the sea — expect saltwater dips between rounds, cold even in summer.
- Cold plunge available on site — use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
- Bookable as a private session — rent the room for your group rather than sharing with strangers.
Hours
Year-round by booking — private hire, minimum 2 hours
