Melt Well is a contrast-therapy studio on Brodie Lane in south Austin. A booking gets you a private suite with a full-spectrum infrared sauna, a cold plunge and a vitamin C shower. Sauna sessions run 40 minutes and contrast sessions 60, and single sessions and packs are sold without joining.
