A pair of urban Boston bathhouses (Allston and South Boston) built around wood-fired Finnish-style saunas and cedar barrel cold plunges. Sessions are reserved 1- or 2-hour blocks where guests cycle freely between heat and cold, with shared lockers and outdoor decompression space rather than full-spa amenities.
